Second, as I learned about PAVE’s work, I was drawn to their mission and felt that in a seemingly divisive world, this was a unifying organization. First, I had stopped volunteering when our twins were born, but felt the need to re-engage with the community. I joined the PAVE board in 2018 for multiple reasons. We have four children, an ever-shrinking home, and enjoy exposing our kids to new experiences.
My wife and I moved to Colorado in 2010 and have since fallen in love with the pace of life and access to the outdoors that Colorado offers.
